Rowena Crest Engagement Session | Taylor and Allen
Located about 1.5 hours east of Portland in the Columbia River Gorge, Rowena Crest is one of our favorite locations for Oregon engagement photos. With sweeping views of the Gorge, rolling grassy hills and plenty of room to explore, it offers a beautiful mix of dramatic scenery and romantic, intimate portraits.
For Taylor and Allen’s engagement session, they wanted a combination of waterfall photos and Columbia River Gorge views, so we made a few stops along the way. Starting with a beautiful Oregon waterfall before heading out to Rowena Crest gave us a fun variety of portraits and made the most of the drive.
If you’re considering Rowena Crest for your engagement session, we highly recommend it! Just come prepared for the wind. It can get surprisingly breezy at the top, so we recommend wearing your hair up or bringing a hair tie and choosing a long, flowy dress that looks amazing blowing in the breeze.
